Use role-led response plans
Map each plan to operational authority, not individual seniority. Keep responders distinct from stakeholders. Test for unavailable duty staff, parallel asset incidents and partial communications failure. StrikeGrid does not monitor assets or replace control systems; an authorised user currently initiates the activation from the dashboard.
